Distribution of the Striated Grasswren in central Queensland

Seven sources, the BirdLife Australia Atlas database, birdlists submitted to eBird, the Atlas of Living Australia, the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service Wildnet database, Birding-Aus, personal observations and personal communications to me, provided 142 unique records of the occurrence of the Striated Grasswren
Amytornis striatus in central Queensland. These records were mapped to define the currently known range of the taxon, a key item of information in defining any bird taxon’s ecology and in managing its conservation.
